Richard Barker is a senior leader in the global life sciences sector. His professional interests focus on innovation and translation in precision medicine and precision health, drawing on his 30-year career in senior roles in biopharmaceuticals (Director General of the ABPI, UK and NED at Celgene, US), diagnostics (CEO of Chiron Diagnostics, US) and medical informatics (Global General Manager of IBM Healthcare). He chaired the Population Health section of the recent UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on Health Longevity.

Richard therefore understands how medical innovation is developed, commercialized and adopted in a variety of health systems. Richard holds a Visiting Professorship at King's College London and is an honorary fellow of the British Pharmacological Society. He has been voted as one of the 50 most influential individuals in UK healthcare.

Dmitry Broshkov is a software engineer and tech lead. He is involved as an executive in software engineering who shapes strategy in delivery and technology management in digital healthcare and medtech products. He is responsible for organising and successfully delivering engineering services in machine learning, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, and mobile & web applications. He is making sure that digital products will be secure, scalable and compliant with the local regulations. He was involved as a tech lead and CTO in projects founded by Johnson & Johnson, Oxford University, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) organisations and many other healthcare and MedTech startup startups.

Serge’s expertise originates from 15 years in science and engineering (focusing on mathematical modelling of complex and nonlinear systems) followed by over 20 years in the investment industry including hands on management of direct investments in private equity and technology ventures with recent specific focus on AI and distributed data systems.

He obtained his Doctorate and Ph.D. from the Soviet Academy of Sciences in Kiev. He subsequently worked for over 25 years in the US and Switzerland in senior management roles. His most recent professional engagements include Signet Capital Management (which he co-founded in 2003) and Morgan Creek Capital. While working at Signet, he designed and managed the implementation of an innovative multi-factor risk modelling system for complex investment portfolios. Serge has been an early investor in several venture tech businesses such as Paxos/iTBit and Wirex and served as an advisor in other startup tech projects.

Keyun is the Founder of Happiness Foundation, a multidisciplinary think tank and research foundation focused on how economic and technological models can optimise for happiness, wellbeing and fulfillment in the 4th industrial revolution. ​
